place is getting old little run down

If your looking for a no nonsense drive to the airport in quick time then this hotel works. The chicken restaurant the opposite side of the road is very good.

Swimming pool looks like it has not been used in a while

Everything as stated. Space, no breakfast, comfortable. All good.

Wi-Fi went a bit sporadic on occasion.

Size of the room and nice decoration. Modern Thai traditional. The overall facilities although I had no opportunity to enjoy them really.

The staff is very kind but doesn't provide the quality of service, one expects to have in a 4* hotel. Poor command of English (hopefully I can speak Thai...), very hesitant. But smiling, kind and trying their best

Very helpful. Comfortable and clean close to airport. Also have a day charge if you dont want an overnight stay but can use swimming pool and have a room to change before a long flight

The Cleanliness of the room, bed is comfortable. Great facilities. Room is spacious.

Staffs need more training on customer service.

It's close to the airport and relatively cheap. It was clean and the ac was working. The wifi however didn't work so we checked out and went to a different hotel the next day.

Very clean and spacious. Excellent bathroom, big shower. Very helpful staff. Close to very good Japanese restaurant. Decent swimming pool. Close to airport.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Two staff members came to our room just after check in at 1am and assembled a baby cot for us. The staff serving breakfast went out of their way to get more of whatever we needed, especially for my 2 year old who is a very fussy eater.

We arrived at the hotel at 1am after flight delays and missing connecting flights. We.d had a long tiring journey and were very tired. On arrival we could here loud thumping base music coming from the near by main street. We asked at reception what time the music stopped and were told 2am. It was actually 3am when it finally stopped and we could get some rest. The free wifi is very poor. Again having experienced lots of travel complications the free wifi was one of the reasons i chose this hotel, so we could use it as a base to make alternative arrangements. the wifi did not work in the bedrooms and kept dropping out in the communal areas. We had to keep asking the reception staff to log us back in. The pool was another reason we chose this hotel, when we went to look at it in the morning there were a lot of flies floating at the top. Bedrooms were also full of mosquitoes.

Room size is big & has 7/11 closeby

No airport shuttle as mentioned on booking.com and pathetic wifi. Pool was not operational & mosquitoes in room. Bathroom was not clean & old type construction

Reception unprepared, not overly friendly, argumentative, and not overly helpful. Although shuttle to airport, shuttle from airport to hotel not available unless guest paid 400 baht. Room somewhat dirty. Will not recommend to family and friends.

Good and clean hotel. Unfortunately there was a holiday so many restaurants were closed. Very easy and cheap to get to airport (100 bat).

There was a smell in the room. Probably due to that they used some detergent

Very noisy! Loud music into the early hours and a very noisy lift. We read the reviews so almost cancelled due to this but thought we'd give the hotel a chance. Wear earplugs and you'll be fine.

Very convenient for the airport.

Stayed in the annexe. The lift bell ring announcing its arrival to the whole floor [noisy] The WIFI didn't work and it was generally noisy.

Every thing was ok.

I only stayed for 2 night, so I did not look so much Tv, but not much to look for an foreigner ????

The room was basic but huge and clean. It was more like a suite.

Noise from the surrounds made sleep very difficult.
